Screw-PayPal.com is going to give Mr. Dutta the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he is "inside the bubble" and has no idea what is going on with the millions of people who are having problems with the company he has been charged to run. According to PayPal's "Investor Relations Page," Mr. Dutta "is responsible for building PayPal into the global standard for digital payments." Fair enough. Let's help Mr. Dutta do that.
Mr. Dutta cannot build PayPal into "the global standard" with PayPal causing the ruin of so many of its customers. PayPal is currently the "global standard" for limited/frozen accounts and theft of its customer's money.

This lady is Meg Whitman. She is the chief executive officer at eBay. eBay owns PayPal so that makes Ms. Whitman in charge of PayPal, too. Ms. Whitman can make all of your PayPal problems go away with a single phone call or memo directed at the right person or PayPal department.
Screw-PayPal.com is also going to give Ms. Whitman the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps she is unaware of all the problems PayPal has caused many of its well-meaning users. Perhaps if given the chance to be made aware of your problem, she will act? It is in Ms. Whitman's best interest to help you. If you stay a PayPal customer, you will make money for PayPal and she will look good. If you are satisfied with PayPal, you will tell your friends and family. Then they will sign up with PayPal. This also makes Ms. Whitman look good.
If you are not satisfied with PayPal, you will not stay a PayPal customer. You will tell your friends and family about Paypal. They in turn will probably not sign up with PayPal. They will then, in turn, tell their friends and family what they heard, and those people will not sign up with PayPal. That makes Ms. Whitman look bad. It takes profits away from the bottom line. Let's help Ms. Whitman look good.
